It has been said that the National Sports & Social Weekend (NSSW) is the most fun that 41ers can have in a weekend, and the next one is in Coventry 5th to 8th February 2026.
Right in the heart of England it’s close to the motorway networks, close to Birmingham airport, and close to Coventry train station & Birmingham International train station, it’s easily accessible from most regions.
The venue is the 4 star Windmill Village Hotel Golf & Spa, just outside the city centre of Coventry. There is opportunity to explore the city, play golf, take part in the sports and games, and have fun with entertainment being provided on the Friday and Saturday night. Each package includes use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and gym, and the bars and restaurants of Coventry are a short taxi ride away.
The 41 Club National Council meeting will be held on the Friday, so any members who would like to see how the association is ran is welcome to come along to that, and the 2 & 3 night packages come with a ticket for the National Motorcycle Museum just down the road.

Accommodation is comfortable and there are options for twin rooms or single occupancy in a double room. The packages are as follows:

- Single Occupancy in a Double Room for 2 Nights – £305 (Friday to Sunday) single room – includes

Golf
The golf competition will be on the Friday morning, with the first tee off around 10am. To play in the golf there is an extra charge which includes the green fee. Price is £20.
For any golfers that wanted to come earlier on the Thursday, the hotel is close to some fantastic courses, such as Forest of Arden, West Midlands Golf Course (famous for it’s island 18th green and 666 yard par 6) and Stonebridge with 27 holes to choose from. Whilst this isn’t part of our package it’s worth staying the extra night to get a game in at one of these courses.

Thursday
Thursday night is for arrivals, checking in, and fellowship. The evening is free to hang out in the bar or head into Coventry to party. With many bars, clubs, restaurants, and other activities there’s plenty to do in the city centre just a short taxi ride away.
Friday AM
The golf competition will start on the Friday morning around 10am, giving golfers the chance to take part in the other sporting events on the Saturday. There is an additional cost of £20 for the golf competition, which includes the green fee.
Friday PM
For those not playing golf there is time to relax, but don’t hang around too long because everyone staying 2 nights or more can visit the National Motorcycle Museum, just a 5 minute drive away. Home to over 1,000+ machines, the largest motorcycle collection in the world is host to over 250,000 visitors a year. Why not go for lunch and a browse around this amazing collection.
Friday Evening
A 2 course dinner followed by an interactive quiz, plus the usual fellowship and laughs that come with being at NSSW.
Saturday
The main event day. Starting in the morning try the different sports, games and novelty activities and try to become the next NSSW winner. The games last throughout the day and lunch is included in all packages. Whether you’re playing retro arcade games, trying your hand at Scalextric racing, or competing in the Table Tennis, there should be something for everyone.
Saturday Evening
Awards night! Starting with a 3 course dinner there will be entertainment throughout the evening. Prizes for those who won during the day, and entertainment laid on until late by our professional entertainment team at Flamingo Events.
Sunday AM
Time to say farewell. After breakfast you can gather your thoughts and make your way home after a fun filled weekend that you’ll be talking about for ages.
Throughout the weekend – During your stay you will have access to the hotel swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room. There are also bars and a restaurant to relax in this 4 star hotel, take a walk around the grounds, or head into Coventry for a spot of sightseeing.
There’s plenty to do all weekend!
