BOOKING FORM - REGION 21 GOLF DAY: TUESDAY 13th JULY 2021
The Regional Golf Tournament to be held on Tues 13th July 2021 at Wrag Barn Golf Club, Shrivenham Road, Highworth, Swindon, SN6 7QQ (on the A4000 between Shrivenham and Highworth).
The day will start at around 11.00 with registration, coffee, and bacon rolls followed by the first tee off at 12.00 The competition will be an 18 hole Stableford format; full handicap with the best two scores of each team of three to count – as many teams of 3 from the region as possible. This will be followed by a 2-course dinner when the results will be announced and prizes will be awarded. Please notify me of any special dietary requirements.
Please complete and return your entries to Kevin Chard at the above address as soon as possible but no later than Monday 21st June 2021 together with your deposit cheques. The early return date will enable me to organize the tee-times and advise the caterers of likely numbers.
