Honorary Archivist

HONORARY ARCHIVIST - SEAN MCCORMICK

As Archivist, it is my responsibility to locate, store, maintain and retrieve as requested, information on our past and future history. This includes National Council & Annual General Meeting minutes and well as any other papers or documents produced.

I also maintain records of past National Conferences including photographs, menu cards, publicity notices, novelties and brochures.

Most documents are scanned for electronic storage which can then be easily retrieved.

Objects, awards and other memorabilia collected by the Association over the years, including Past Presidents’ scrap books and photograph books, are displayed in a fully fitted out 41 Club Archive Room at Marchesi House along with sample hard copies of our Magazine.

This Archive Room is well worth a visit and any member wishing to do so, should contact me and I will be delighted to show them around. Also if any member wishes to seek out past details of their Club, I would also be pleased to assist.

If any member or Club have something that they think is worthy to be displayed or for archiving, please do not hesitate to make contact.
