Great evening yesterday as Ex-Tablers turned up en masse to cheer in surprise Chairman, Alex Godwin, as be became this chairman to no-one's surprise.  Much grumbling from the wise old birds about the way that process was ignored or abused, but plentiful beer took the edge off the trashing of our traditions.  Talking of trashing, I wonder how(e) Sam is feeling this morning after finishing his magically refilling gallon?
